Gluten Free Heaven!

Larry was on his way to work on Saturday morning and sent me a text. He had seen a sign for a Gluten Free Expo that was going on in the burbs that weekend. I decided to check it out and went for a few hours on Sunday. Listened to a great seminar about the importance of supplements from a doctor from San Diego who specializes in gluten intolerance/Celiac disease, and went through the expo, tasting tons of samples, taking samples, and purchasing a few items. I'm already excited again for next years expo! Here is a picture of a bag of goodies I left with. I started sampling items today and have really liked what I tried so far!
